1. Digital Product Policy

All our courses and video content are digital products. Once access is granted, the content is considered "used".

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a course or subscription has been purchased and access has been provided.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment deducted but access not provided
  • Technical issue from our side preventing access

In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

4. Subscription Policy
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly/yearly).
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription time.
  • Users may cancel future renewals anytime.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
